Built One Engineering Problem at a Time
Cypherox was started in India in 2015 with a single rule: to take full responsibility for the build, from the stage of architecture right through to release. Since its early clients had no in-house technical team, any work could not be handed back in an incomplete state and it was not possible to place the blame on a handover.
The demand caused the work to extend beyond websites and apps. Because of integrations, cloud infrastructure, data pipelines and internal platforms, projects which had originally been short became multi-year engagements and staffing was carried out in response to these problems rather than according to a growth strategy. Offices were opened in Ahmedabad and London as the client base expanded across different markets.
The work now involves the development by the teams of AI agents, machine learning products and custom platforms for mid-market companies, after which they remain to operate them; the nature of the work has therefore changed. The engineering standard used for it has not.
Anyone can make software work in a demo. Keeping it working in year three is the actual engineering problem
Cypherox engineering principleFounded in Rajkot
A small engineering team delivering web and mobile products for clients without technical staff.
Enterprise systems practice
Work moved into ERP, CRM and internal operations platforms with real integration surface.
Cloud and DevOps capability
Delivery pipelines, infrastructure as code and monitoring became standard on every engagement.
Machine learning in products
Scoring, forecasting and detection models shipped inside client systems rather than as pilots.
Production AI engineering
Agents integrated with live CRM, ERP and internal APIs, governed and monitored in production.
